OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and the Federal Agency for the Use of Subsoil Resources arrived to this conclusion at the meeting, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The meeting was focused on the issues related to FAS Russia processing applications from the Federal Agency for the Use of Subsoil Resources for re-registration, obtaining and terminating the rights for the use of subsoil areas of federal status.

The parties agreed about the need to develop unified requirements to the FAS Russia's decisions on the requests from the Federal Agency for the Use of Subsoil Resources, and to clarify some existing legislative and normative legal acts on the use of subsoil resources.
