OREANDA-NEWS. April 26, 2010. 21 first aid vehicles in Vyborgsky district, Leningradskaya region, are monitored by GLONASS/GPS equipment provided by M2M Telematica.

The navigation system provides the opportunity for dispatchers to track the first aid cars, as well as to send them quickly to the necessary addresses.

Some companies in the region have been already using GLONASS successfully for more than a year. According to the managers of these companies, the system helps enhancing logistics security control, decreasing the expenses, etc.
GLONASS introduction in the region is planned to be completed in 2011.
