OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2010. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan’s vice president for personnel, regime and information technologies Khalig Mammadov received today a delegation led by Eve Guernier, regional manager of the Australian Consulate in Dubai.

SOCAR informs that in the meeting Ms. Guernier claimed that her visit set a goal to assess prospects of education partnership with Azerbaijan and first of all within SOCAR scholarship program. She pointed out that several universities of Australia were in TOP 100 of leader universities of the world.

The meeting sides also debated prospects of co-operation between both countries’ universities.
