OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2010. Mayor Yuri Luzhkov signed the order to hold an auction for the right to lease a site with the aim of developing a multipurpose centre on 13/1 Yasnogorskaya Street, southwestern Moscow.

According to the document, the Department for Competitive Policy of Moscow is in charge of preparing all necessary documents for the auction.

The auction is to be held by the special committee that will consist of experts from the Committee for Architecture and Urban Development of Moscow, the Department of Urban Development of Moscow and representatives of the other Moscow departments.
