... in compliance with the Board of Directors decision of April 7, 2010 (protocol #4) were early terminated authorities of the Board Deputy Chairman - the Board member Farkhad Tokobaev.

According to the board decision Bolat Dosmukhametov was assigned as the Board Deputy Chairman, who previously worked in SB HSBC Bank of Kazakhstan.

The Board members are as follows:

- Aliya Kemelbaev - Deputy Chairman;

- Galymzhan Kaltaev - Deputy Chairman;
