OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2010. Ingosstrakh’s branch in Kaliningrad entered into insurance contracts with one of the largest agricultural producers in the region. The total insured amount is 38.4 mln rubles.

The insurer provided the insurance of 20.3 mln rubles for 685 head of cattle and the insurance of 18.1 mln rubles for 1,030 head of young stock.

In accordance with farm livestock insurance contracts, insurance events include death or forced slaughter of cattle resulting from: fire, thunderbolt, gas explosion, natural calamities; malicious acts of third parties; infectious, non-contagious and parasitic diseases; accidents; technogenic explosions; burglary and robbery.

The insured property of a farm or agricultural company is a collateral provided to Rosselkhozbank under loan agreements for opening of credit lines.
