IC ROSNO Announces New Appointments
OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2010. Pursuant to the order of the CEO of OJSC IC ROSNO, Mr. Evgeny Dubensky, current President of the Union of Insurers of St. Petersburg and North-West, has been appointed to the position of Deputy CEO and head of the company’s North-Western Directorate. Mr. Alexey Rozhnev, previously holding this position, has been appointed to the position of Deputy Director for Development in the Ural Directorate of OJSC IC ROSNO, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
Mr. Evgeny N. Dubensky was born on 09 June 1971 in St. Petersburg.
In 1993, he graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, Commercial Department, majoring in marketing, and in 1993 he received a certificate for the right to deal in securities issued by the RF Ministry of Finance.
During the period of 1993 to 2009, he completed trainings in the wide range of topics (insurance, reinsurance, management, human resource management and communication) in Munich Re, Соlogne Re, ERGO Group, Swiss Re, and in other companies.
Evgeny Dubensky started his professional career in 1992 at the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange. In 1993 he moved to Tallinn (Estonia), where, prior to 1998, he worked in the insurance company Nordika Insurance Co — initially as the Hull & Cargo underwriter, then as the head of the division, insurance director and, since 1995, member of the board in this company. At the same time, in 1997 and 1998, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Kindlustus Ekspertise AS, subsidiary of Nordika Insurance Co specializing in loss settlement.
In 1998, E. Dubensky was admitted to the position of Insurance Director in the insurance company ERGO Rus and entered the Board. In 2007, he was appointed to the position of the first deputy CEO, while continuing as the Member of the Board in that company.
Presently, E. Dubensky is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Bureau "Green Card" (Moscow), and since 2008 he has been serving as the President of the Union of Insurers of St.Petersburg and North-West.
In his role as Deputy CEO of IC ROSNO, E. Dubensky will be in charge for the company’s business development in the North-Western Region — primarily in sales.

Mr. Alexey G. Rozhnev was born on 23 January 1962 in Omsk.
In 1984, he graduated from the oil and gas field department of the Tyumen Industrial Institute. Mr. A. Rozhnev started his professional career in 1984 in the Glavtyumenneftegaz system in the production sector. His career with ROSNO began in 1997, when he was admitted to the position of the head of the Tyumen branch, and in 2004 he was appointed director of the Western Siberian Directorate. He headed the North-Western Directorate since April 2008. His terms of reference consisted of the formulation and implementation of the Directorate’s business development strategy in the North-Western Federal Okrug, including supervision of seven branches: Arkhangelsk-ROSNO, Karelia-ROSNO, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Vologda branches, and Komi-ROSNO branch.
In his role as Deputy Director for Development in the Ural Directorate of OJSC IC ROSNO in Tyumen, Alexey Rozhnev will be in charge for developing the Ural Directorate’s branch network, its human resource potential, and interacting with heads of the Ural Directorate’s branches, including the same regarding achievement of sales targets by the branches’ sales force.
