OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2010. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded two combined mortgage insurance contracts, which include property insurance and the borrower’s accident and sickness insurance. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 11,045,732 roubles. The contracts have been concluded for 15 years, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The concluded contracts contemplate insurance coverage of the two upscale apartments in Yekaterinburg: one apartment with the space of 201 sq. m., located on Gurzufskaya Street, and the other one with the space of 127 sq. m., located on Belinskogo Street. The property risks insured under the contracts include fire, flood, gas explosion; natural disaster; unlawful destruction or damage inflicted by the third parties; falling aircraft or parts thereof, and collision with transport vehicles.

Also, accident and sickness insurance has been provided to the borrowers. The accident and sickness insurance contemplates indemnification against the following risks: death of the insurant due to an accident or natural reasons; permanent and complete loss of general working ability with assignment of the 1st or 2nd disability group to the insurant due to natural reasons.
