OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2010. BTA Bank's subsidiary -Temirbank (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the bank delayed payment of the sixth coupon and principal on bonds KZPC1Y03C330 (TEBNb4; KZT1,000, KZT8.0 bn; 14.04.07 - 14.04.10, semiannual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the prospectus the bank had to redeem the principal and the interest in the period April 14 through April 27, 2010.

Temirbank (the Bank) informed the bank had not redeemed TEBNb12 due to the restructuring.

As on April 14, 2010 there were 2,436,300 outstanding bonds.

In the view of the restructuring it is planned to revise the time of maturity of TEBNb12.
