Eesti Pank Arranges Lectures on Principles of Euro Adoption
OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2010. The Deputy Governor of Eesti Pank, Rein Minka, will give a public lecture at the Elva City Library to shed light on the schedule, principles and practical aspects of the euro adoption. The series of lectures includes performances in 18 cities and rural municipalities, reported the press-centre of Eesti Pank.
"The aim of the lecture series is to let people know what awaits them, should the decision regarding the euro adoption this summer be positive. State agencies, the central bank and commercial banks are working together to make the changeover as comfortable and smooth as possible. The key principle of the changeover is to avoid extra costs for people", the Deputy Governor of Eesti Pank Rein Minka said.
