OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2010. The Yamalo-Nenetsky branch has provided the OMTPL insurance coverage for the motor fleets of OJSC Road Maintenance Enterprise in the town Muravlenko, the police department of the town Muravlenko, SI "7th Group of the Federal Firefighting Service for the Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug". The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 48 mln. roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

According to the terms of the contract concluded with OJSC Road Maintenance Enterprise, the OMTPL coverage applies to 70 road vehicles — buses, tractors, trucks and snow-removal machinery — for the total amount of 28 mln. roubles. The transport vehicles are used for passenger transportation and snow removal.

According to the terms of the contract concluded with the police department of the town Muravlenko, the OMTPL coverage applies to 32 vehicles operated in course of patrolling the streets of the town. The insurance amount is 12.8 mln. roubles.

Under the contract concluded with SI "7th Group of the Federal Firefighting Service for the Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug", ROSNO has insured motor third party liability of drivers of 18 special vehicles used for firefighting purposes for the total amount of 7.2 mln. roubles.

These contracts cover the OMTPL risks stipulated by the RF legislation.
