The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan informs that in March SOCAR-CSCR Ltd with equity capital of 100 manats passed state registration. Its head is Imanverdi Hasanov. The founder shareholders are Caspian Ship Construction & Repair Ltd и SOCAR.
