OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2010. A consecration ceremony of the techno-park’s new building took place on Nagatino i-Land. The Archbishop of Belgorod and Stary Oskol Ioann blessed the attendants to well-doing and wished them successful and efficient activities. The Chairman of the Managing Board of the OJSC “Investtradebank” Vladimir Gudkov took part in the ceremony, reported the press-centre of ITB.

Construction of the Nagatino i-Land technological park is an example of efficient state and private partnership. For the purposes of this project the OJSC “Moscow Business Incubator” was established, which undertook functions of an ordering party, of a developer and investor at the same time. The OJSC “Investtradebank” provided kickoff financing for the project and is one of the anchor tenants of the technopark. The gross volume of investments in the project made over USD 1 billion.

It is planned that the Moscow municipal technological park with its space exceeding 9.5 ha would become the largest techno cluster in Europe. The key designation of Nagatino i-Land is to accommodate small and medium business companies, dealing with development of advanced innovation and nano-technologies.

It is planned to open a subsidiary office of the Bank on the territory of the Moscow municipal technological cluster Nagatino i-Land.
