OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2010. Floatation of bonds of the OJSC “Bank Saint-Petersburg” of the BO-01 series with 5 billion rubles face value and offer in one and a half year from the floatation starting date took place at the MICEX, reported the press-centre of ITB.

The OJSC “Investtradebank” and the OJSC “BALTINVESTBANK” became co-underwriters of the loan. The loan arrangers are: the CJSC “VTB Capital” and the CJSC IC “Troika Dialog”. The loan co-arrangers are: “NOMOS-BANK” (OJSC) and the JSCB “MBRD” (OJSC). The Underwriter is the JSCB “Derzhava” OJSC.

On 09 April 2010 the application book to acquire stock bonds of the OJSC “Bank Saint-Petersburg” was closed. As a result of marketing, the interest rate of the bond coupon was specified by the bank at the level of 8,10% annually. Taking into account the market situation and the current demand, the Bank “Saint-Petersburg” took a decision to accept 80 investors’ applications. The funds, received from the issue floatation, will be allocated to implementation of the Bank’s program for lending to real sector businesses, development of consumer lending and financing of current activities.
