OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2010. In 2008, IBA became the first company in Belarus to be appointed as SAP Industry Preferred Partner for enterprises of the railway sector. Based on 2009 results, SAP CIS reappoints IBA as SAP Industry Preferred Partner for the second successive year and confirms that “considers IBA a partner with a considerable expertise in the implementation of projects to automate railway companies”, reported the press-centre of IBA.

Reappointing IBA as SAP Industry Preferred Partner, SAP CIS recognizes IBA as a leader in railway transport automation and highlights that the company has skilled resources and experience to implement large-scale SAP projects.

IBA views cooperation with SAP as its strategic business line. Today, IBA carries out SAP ERP 6.0 full-cycle implementation at the Belarusian Railway and a number of other large-scale SAP projects.
