OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2010. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is likely to increase charter capital of its ecological department – CJSC Ecol Engineering Services.

The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan informs that it registered the issue prospectus of EES’s shares with state registration number AZ100100881P for close placement. According to the prospectus, EES can issue 13,474 shares with par value of 300 manats each.
