OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2010. MAG (Almaty, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes to the share issue prospectus and certificate on state registration dated March 26, 2010, substituting the one issued earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) registered changes to the share prospectus;

- the certificate was replaced after the company changed its legal address;

- the total of authorized shares is 3,355,000, including 3,205,000 – common shares KZ1C53590010 and 150,000 - preferred shares KZ1P53590116;

- the share issue is registered with the State share register under number А5359;

- as on April 13, 2009 all the shares were offered, its charter capital is KZT3,355,000,000.
