OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2010. BTA Bank's mortgage subsidiary BTA Ipoteka (Almaty, hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar is Tsentr DAR (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C44010011) is 280,000,000;

- 55,000,000 shares were offered;

- the only shareholder of the company and the person holding over five percent of outstanding shares is BTA Bank (Almaty).
