OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2010. Manager of BBVB Farhad Amirbayov said Fineko/abc.az that the issue of uniting the exchanges is being under discussion.

“The idea has not died. From my point of view, now it is convenient time  to do it, but increase of capitalization of single exchange is necessary. For this purpose, it is necessary merely to merge brains and money,” F. Amirbayov said.

At that, capitalization should be raised practically in 5-fold.

“Capital of united  exchange should be not less than AZN 10 million, firstly, that it would be easier to experience the difficult periods and secondly – investments are necessary. It is very expensive to create new tools and new markets and to wait, when they will start to work,” F. Amirbayov said.

Capitalization of any of exchanges has not exceed AZN 2 million so far, and they have various  structure of shareholders.
