OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2010. RTS Stock Exchange announces it has established an international representative office in the UK on April 13, 2010.

This April RTS Stock Exchange had its representation registered in London as a subsidiary company RTS Exchange Europe Limited. The key functions of the new entity are the promotion of products and services offered by the RTS Group among international investors and encouraging a positive environment for global players in the Russian securities market.

Ekaterina Troshinkina was appointed head of RTS Exchange Europe Ltd.

"We see attracting foreign investors to the Russian market as one of our key priorities. Global players will help the Russian securities market pick up liquidity and increase its importance on the international level", says Roman Goryunov, CEO of RTS Stock Exchange:

Born in 1974, Ekaterina Troshinkina graduated from the Russian Institute of Light Textile Industry with a degree in economics. She also holds an MBA degree in finance management from California State University. From 2001 to 2004, she was in charge of consultancy services sales, development of conference projects and arranging special events at the energy consulting firm RPI, Inc. Before joining RTS Ekaterina was managing a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies in Russia.
