OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010.  By results of the operations, "Aktau International Sea Commercial Port" handled in 2009 over 13 million 951 thousand tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes, what exceeded the plan by 10,0%.

In addition the total transshipment of crude oil and oil products came to 11 million 307 thousand tons.

Total transshipment of dry cargoes came to 2643 thousand tons including metal transshipment– 1714 thousand tons, other cargoes – 147,8 thousand tons, grain – 559,6 thousand tons. The volume of ferry transportations came to 221,6 thousand tons.
During 2009 the port processed 2 077 vessels.
