OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010.  In March of the current year the RSE "AISCP" handled 1251,48 thousand tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes, what came to 103,86 % of the targets, including:

Oil-loading cargoes – 928,27thousand tons, 93,76% of the plan;
Metal production – 203,53thousand tons, exceeded the plan by 47,49%;
Ferry cargoes – 41,53 thousand tons, exceeded the plan by 159,56 %;
Grain – 64,52 thousand tons, exceededthe planby 37,28%;
Other cargoes – 13,63 thousand tons, 97,36% of the plan;
Number of ships’ calls – 203 ships
By results of the operations, "Aktau International Sea Commercial Port" handled in 2010 over 3 million 446,66 thousand tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes for 3 months, what came to 98,59% of the targets.
In addition the total transshipment of crude oil and oil products came to 2 million 655,38 thousand tons.
Total transshipment of dry cargoes came to 791,28 thousand tons including metal transshipment – 468,62 thousand tons, other cargoes – 35,32 thousand tons, grain – 177,52 thousand tons. The volume of ferry transportations came to 109,82 thousand tons.
In 2010 the port processed 540 vessels for 3 months.
