OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010. Under cooperation with energy enterprises comprising CJSC Integrated Energy Systems (IES Holding), VTB granted RUB 1 bn loan to JSC Territorial Generation Company No.9 (JSC TGC-9) to finance its current operations, reported the press-centre of VTB.

”In 2010, the Bank plans to develop further cooperation with enterprises of IES Holding and provide them with credit resources and other financial services”, said Valery Lukyanenko, member of VTB Bank Management Board.

JSC TGC-9 is the largest territorial generation company in the Sverdlovsk Region, the Perm Krai and the Komi Republic. The enterprise was established in the course of reform of JSC RAO UES of Russia in 2005 by merging generation assets at the territory of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Perm Krai and the Komi Republic. The company is mainly focused on production and implementation of electric and heat energy in the regions of its presence.
Total electric capacity of the power plant makes 3 280 MW with total 16 866 Gcal/h heat capacity.

The principal shareholder of JSC TGC-9 is JSC IES-Holding (member of IES Holding).
