Mincomsvyaz & FTS Fulfilled Recommendations of FAS
OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2010. The Ministry of Communication and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (Mincomsvyaz Russia) and the Federal Tariff Service (FTS Russia) fulfilled the recommendations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia). The government agencies adjusted the Single Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions) to comply with the antimonopoly law and the Rules for placing information regarding state and municipal services (functions) on the Portal, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on 15th June 2009, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
FAS Russia received petitions that certain economic entities were granted unreasonable advantages because information about them was placed on the Single Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions). In particular, FAS Russia investigated a complaint against Mincomsvyaz Russia and FTS Russia, which allowed placing information regarding the work of "TSK.RU" Ltd. in the system.
Under the Administrative Regulations for execution of the functions for initiating and considering cases on violating the antimonopoly law of the Russian Federation, FAS Russia sent its recommendations to Mincomsvyaz Russia and FTS Russia to eliminate the links to information resources of "TSK.RU" Ltd., not being an executive body of a constituent territory of the Russian Federation or a local self-government body.
The recommendations have been fulfilled.
