preferred registered stocks of Varyeganneftegaz, RTS Classica ticker – VJGZP, RTS T+0 Market ticker – VJGZPG;

The following starting prices for the first trading day and price limits for orders were set:

For VJGZPG - 570.00 rubles (price limits +/- 50%);

For VJGZP the starting price is calculated in USD at the Central Bank exchange rate as of April 13, 2010, based on the starting price established for VJGZPG (price limits +/- 50%).
