OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2010. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received CEO of the Itera International Group of companies Igor Makarov.

Thanking for the opportunity of a persona meeting, the head of the holding congratulated the leader of Turkmenistan on the remarkable events – the opening of the international airport and putting into operation of large facilities in the Avaza national tourism zone, which was actively built up on the environmentally friendly Caspian seashore on the initiative of the Turkmen leader.

The guest emphasized that the consistent implementation of all designated plans and programmes, which had been launched successfully in all key spheres of the life of the Turkmen state, directly contributed to encouraging an interest of the world business community including the Itera International Group of Companies in close, mutually advantageous business cooperation with Turkmenistan, which had been deservedly recognized as one of the most dynamically developing countries in the world.

During the meeting President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the CEO of Itera discussed the prospects of further development of fruitful cooperation, which had resulted in implementing a number of important joint projects. Also, Igor Makarov reported on the progress in implementing the large-scale projects including important industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan.

Underscoring Itera’s intense interest in expanding on the very promising Turkmen market, the guest reaffirmed that the company stood ready to actively collaborate in new large-scale projects in various fields.

In conclusion the President of Turkmenistan and the CEO of Itera exchanged the wishes of every success and expressed belief that traditional partnership would be developed successfully further.
