OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2010. The joint-stock company “Latvijas Krajbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krajbanka) has received the notice from Mr. Vladimir Antonov on participation in Krajbanka, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

Pursuant to the said notice V.Antonov, by virtue of the controlled company AB Bankas “Snoras”, indirectly holds voting rights, resulting out of 16437056 shares of Krajbanaka, which are owned by AB Bankas “Snoras” (85.07% from the total number of Krajbanka shares with voting right).
  
The stock capital of Krajbanka amounts to LVL 19 324 248 (EUR 27 495 928). The stock capital
shall be composed of 19'324'248 shares, inter alia:
 
19'321'414 ordinary bearer shares with voting right and

2,834 “A” category preference bearer shares without voting right.
