OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2010. Hewlett Packard has conducted a press conference in Baku with participation of vice president and general manager of HP personal systems for Central and Eastern Europe Akhim Kutler.

Kuttler said that presently Azerbaijan was the leader in the area of IT industry in the region.

“We believe in great potential of country’s computer market and we are glad that we commission HP Pavilion at the local market,” he said.

Rufat Hajialibeyov, the head of the Azerbaijan-based НР representative office, says that taking into account high demand for HP Pavilion notebooks imported by grey suppliers from the Asian market it was decided to launch official sales through authorised partner network HP.

“Before that we have done large work on guarantee of quality of technical service. Users will win from that first of all as HP Pavilion notebooks sold trough official dealers will be provided with guaranteed service of HP authorized service centre in Azerbaijan,” Hajialibeyov said.

HP Pavilion notebook series differs with effective appearance, the notebook lid was made with use of firm-specific technology convenient for realization of designer solutions and combines powerful and multifunctional solutions.
