E4-SibCOTES Presents Paper on Energy Audit at Russia Power 2010
OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2010. Ms. Valentina Efremova from E4-SibCOTES, company affiliated with the E4 Group holding has presented her paper at the international Forum Russia Power 2010, held in Moscow. Ms.Valentina Efremova, Head of the Energy Audit and Fuel Usage Department has focused on the company activities in terms of energy audit, which is considered to be an essential ingredient of the efficient economy.
Russia Power Forum was held for the eighth time and comprised Power Industry Exhibition and multi-track Conference. This year the event hosted over 5,000 representatives of power industry from both Russia and abroad. During three consecutive days the participants discussed business aspects and learnt the latest technological innovations aimed at enhancement of power enterprises efficiency.
Ms. Valentina Efremova has made her presentation at the Conference Strategic Session. She told about several promising projects in energy audit the company had implemented. Since 2003, E4-SibCOTES’ engineers have performed comprehensive inspections at Novosibirsk CHP plants, thermal power plants and the boiler house of Kirovsky district owned by Omsk subsidiary of TGK-11, the CHP plant owned by Rusal-Achinsk, TPP Fria (Guinea), Verkhnetagilskaya GRES, and cost-effectiveness analysis of Kolymaenergo and Magadanenergo power networks.
‘Some studies were used to prepare development concepts of the power facilities, Ms. Efremova said. We have used energy audit report data as the basis for development of rehabilitation plans, aimed at efficiency and reliability improvement, eliminating restrictions of power delivery. It is a well-known fact that CНP, GRES and HPP appear essential elements of economical development at the regional level as well as the country on the whole, since their faultless operation conditions performance and, consequently, financial indicators of many enterprises’.
Visitors and exhibitors could find out more about the Company projects and innovative approach at the E4 Group booth. According to Mrs. Nina Babina, Head of Marketing Department, projects of GTCC plants construction and equipment automation arouse great interest nowadays. Currently, E4-SibCOTES is implementing projects of Krasnodar CHP plant expansion with GTCC-410 installation; Severnaya CHP-21 plant (St. Petersburg) with GTCC-450 installation, and developing basic and detail design for the launch facility of power unit no.1 at the Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 plant.
