OREANDA-NEWS. April 07, 2010. Management office of ZAO "Stock exchange MMVB" has taken a decision on transfer of "B "quotation list preferred shares of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim" into "А" quotation list of the second level of ZAO "Stock exchange MMVB".

Transferal was performed due to the company preferred shares trade volume increase at MMVB stock exchange, аs well as with the aim of liquidity upsurge and securities attraction as investment.

Since April 2008 till July 20, 2009 ordinary and preferred shares of ОАО Nizhnekamskneftekhim have been traded at ZAO "Stock exchange MMVB " as non-listed stock, from July 20, 2009 company ordinary shares have been included into А" quotation list of the second level and preferred ones – into " B" quotation list of ZAO "Stock exchange MMVB".
