OREANDA-NEWS. April 07, 2010. A respective decision was made by shareholders at the annual General Shareholders Meeting of AsiaUniversalBank on March 31, 2010. Dividends will be distributed in cash at Som 5.53 per ordinary share starting May 17, 2010.

It was decided by a majority of votes that the remaining net profit to be used for AUB development purposes.
