OREANDA-NEWS. April 07, 2010. The annual General Shareholders Meeting held on March 31, 2010 made a decision to enlarge the charter capital of AsiaUniversalBank up to Som 2 022 385 100.

The Charter capital will be expanded by the means of tenth emission of 6 000 000 shares placed at Som 100 per share. Therefore the aggregate value of shares issued under the given emission will amount to Som 600 000 000 allowing significant leverage to the bank’s equity funds.

The amount of the charter capital is an important indicator describing financial standing of the bank. A large capital ensures profitability and steady growth of the bank.
