OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2010. Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev is going to pay an official visit to Estonia.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry informs that  the first state visit of Azerbaijan President to this country will take place on April 6-8. Aim of the  visit is to deepen political dialogue, develop interstate contract base, cooperate in the sphere of information and communication technologies, economics, sciences and culture.

I.Aliyev will meet with  Estonian President Thomas Ilves, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, mayor of Tallinn Edgar Savisaar, will deliver a lecture in the Estonian Foreign Ministry.

Within the framework of the visit Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov and Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet will sign a bilateral contract on mutual protection of investments and an agreement on visa-free communication for owners of diplomatic identity cards.
