OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2010. Satellite monitoring systems were installed on the first aid vehicles in three districts of Kaliningrad region.

Currently, 14 cars are equipped by GLONASS. However development of the dispatcher center is only in process, so monitoring these vehicles is not possible so far.

Similar programs are successfully applied in Moscow and in St. Petersburg. Full-scale GLONASS monitoring of the first aid vehicles is to be available in Kaliningrad region in September this year.
