DCC Improves Quality of Services
OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2010. With effect from December 17, 2010, DCC successfully implemented a new service aimed to improve the quality of services provided to DCC Participants, i.e. an evening shift of account managers.
Implementation of the evening shift at DCC enables clients to promptly receive information on execution of their instructions till 08:30 p.m. Moscow time.
From 06:30 to 08:30 p.m. DCC also accepts and executes the following instructions received electronically (vie EDI or SWIFT, except for paper instructions):
to open an account/subaccount at DCC;
execution of FOP instructions outside the schedule (as agreed by both parties);
execution of instructions for transfer of securities between the main and trading subaccounts (instructions for transfer of securities between MICEX trading subaccount and the main subaccount at DCC are executed only upon receipt of a report on completion of the operation from NDC).
The time when DCC accepts paper instructions did not change.
In the evening you can reach the account manager at the same telephone numbers as in the afternoon.
