Belarus Resumes Antidumping Probe into Ukrainian Caramel Imports

“Conti sent a proposal to the Foreign Ministry of Belarus expressing its willingness to meet price commitments, and Belgospischeprom concern agreed that price obligations could be accepted,” the statement reads.
