OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2010. UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group was named Ukraine’s best bank 2010 according to Global Finance (New York) “Best Emerging Market Banks in Central and Eastern Europe” ranking.

Global Finance editors – with input from industry analysts and banking consultants – selected the best emerging market banks in 22 countries. Criteria for choosing the winners included growth in assets, profitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing, and innovative products.

“It is already the fourth year in a row when UkrSibbank is recognized as top performer by Global Finance. This testifies the bank’s robustness and stability in the market as well as its shareholders’ support,” commented Sergiy Naumov, the Chairman of the Management Board JSC UkrSibbank. “This award is especially important in the challenging environment when customers pay special attention to reputation and stability of their banking partners.”
