March saw 1 rating assigned by Credit-Rating, 5 ratings have been downgraded, 10 ratings have been upgraded, outlooks on 22 ratings have been revised, 32 ratings have been suspended, 15 ratings have been withdrawn, and 1 insurer strength rating and 2 bank deposit ratings have been assigned.

March 12 FINANCIAL INITIATIVE Commercial Bank LLC (Kiev): the long-term credit ratings assigned to bank’s registered coupon bonds (series A and series B) for the amount of UAH50m and UAH250m respectively, with 5-year original maturity, have been upgraded to uaBB+ with stable outlook from uaBB.
Credit-Rating agency has operated in the Ukrainian market since 2001 being committed to assignment of the national scale ratings. The agency has assigned 1081 ratings, specifically to 844 Ukrainian companies, 175 financial institutions and 61 municipalities and their debts, 1 corporate governance rating, 83 bank deposit ratings and 2 insurer strength ratings.
As of April 1, 2010 Credit-Rating maintains monitoring of 649 ratings, in fact 502 of corporate, 98 of financial and
49 of municipal sectors and 58 bank deposit ratings and 2 insurer strength ratings.
