OREANDA-NEWS. April 1, 2010. To foster well-organized and fast individual communication with the company’s customers, Sadales tikls AS requests private persons and legal entities to update their contact information.

Sadales tikls AS requests its customers to use the best way to receive warnings about the planned electricity downtime covering the target groups as comprehensively as possible, i.e. by mobile SMS or by e-mail. Until all customers have provided their phone number or e-mail address, warnings will continue to be sent by mail to the address indicated in the contract.
We request all customers to provide us with their preferred way of receiving information. The contact information may be submitted (or updated, in case of any changes) by using the customer self-service portal: e-latvenergo.lv, by calling the Latvenergo AS Customer Service hotline number 80200400 or visiting any Customer Service Centre.
Electronic communication is also planned for providing information about cancelling planned electricity downtimes thus negating the need for customers to prepare accordingly and also for sending post-inspection payment reminders (for consumed electricity).
Reflecting its concern about environmental issues, Sadales tikls AS urges users to communicate electronically, because this is more environmentally friendly, preserves natural resources and prevents inefficient use of paper.
