OREANDA-NEWS. April 01, 2010. VTB Bank and the Federal Service of Financial and Budgetary Oversight (Rosfinnadzor) have implemented an electronic document management system aimed at enhancing mutual cooperation. The new electronic communication channel is expected to speed up submission of documents related to violations of Russian monetary legislation by the Bank’s customers.

The underlying agreement was signed on 1 April 2010 in Moscow by Gennady Soldatenkov, Deputy Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board, and Valery Korshunov, Head of Rosfinnadzor Moscow Territorial Division. VTB Branch in Tyumen and Rosfinnadzor Tyumen Region Territorial Division were selected as cooperating parties at the regional level.

 “This initiative will allow us to solve organizational and technical issues related to the development of a secure electronic communication channel for document and analytical data exchange between VTB Bank and Rosfinnadzor”, Gennady Soldatenkov said.
