OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2010. The Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 30, 2010 approved new internal document "Risk management policy" (the Policy), effective April 1, 2010.

The Policy was developed in pursuance with resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) "On Approval of Instruction on requirement of risk management system on the stock exchange and amending resolution of FSA dated November 28, 2008 No. 195 "On requirement to organization structure of a trade organizer and to composition of a exchange listing commission, and approval of the Rules on activities of a trade organizer's unit monitoring deals in the trading system" dated November 30, 2009 No. 244, requiring a Risk management system on the stock exchange, and determining requirements to establishment and operation of the stock exchange risk management system.

The Policy specifies a list of exchange risks, and management tools and bodies accounting order thereon.
