The workshop for management of IDGC of Volga, JSC and branch-offices of the Company from information technologies’ and quality management divisions has taken place in IDGC of Volga, JSC. Experts have discussed the results of introduction of electronic "Library of quality management’s system " on the basis of the executive management of the company, and branch office – Saratov distribution grids.

Electronic "Library of quality management’s system " comprises program complex "Tehnoexpert" which provides access to federal laws, branch standards, instructions, orders, normative and technical documents. The library gives the opportunity to store all documents in a single database. Project realization essentially reduces time necessary for search of information, and raises efficiency of decision-making. Working out has been carried out by experts of quality management department and Department of management and development of information technologies of IDGC of Volga, JSC on the basis of free-of-charge extended software for management of sites Joomla 1.5. Creation of individual electronic "Library of quality management’s system " in company branches will become the following step to system development.

The access to these libraries will be given not only for employees of branches, but also production divisions and areas of electric networks will be provided. It will provide the possibility of operative work with the actual legal, technical and administrative information.
