OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2010. MK Uralmash won tender of OAO Gazprom Neft for supply of five drilling rigs of echelon version of 320 t load capacity. The first two drilling rigs will be supplied to the customer in November 2010, the other three - in January 2011.

Uralmash 5000/ EK-BMCH drilling rigs will be supplied to the customer.

Uralmash 5000/ 320EK-BMCH drilling rigs are intended for cluster drilling of production wells for oil and gas in extreme cold conditions.

The rigs are of modular version, they are equipped with open face mast and top drive system. Optimum drilling mode is ensured by AC frequency-controlled drive of all main mechanisms. The rigs are provided with an environmental-friendly circulating system preventing pollution of environment. The rigs are equipped with state-of-the-art control systems. The rig design ensures fulfillment of all requirements of recent drilling technique of oil and gas wells.
