OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2010. Viktor Basargin, RF Minister of regional development has deeply appreciated prospects of OPK’s project on Tyva.

On the March, 10 Viktor Basargin, being on an official visit to China during negotiations with Zhan Gobao, vice-chairman of State committee of China, made an announcement that Kyzyl Kuragino railroad construction to be one of the most important Russian-Chinese cooperation. This business visit was dedicated to the cooperation with the Siberia, the Far East and northern-east China provinces.

The head of Chinese delegation Zhan Gobao was interested in mutual realization of this project and supported Russian initiatives.

Tyva project is one the greatest modern project in Russia and is realized in frameworks of state-private partnership. The investors of this project are RF Investment Fund and Eniseiskaya Production Company, a part of United Industrial Corporation.
