OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2010. President of the non-commercial partnership The Unity of the Railway Producers, senior Vice-President of Russian Railways Valentin Gapanovich together with Chuvashia Industry and Energy Minister Jury Voloshin signed the Declaration of Intent to create the first research, development  and production platform for the railway production on the territory of Republic.

Today 19 industries in Chuvashia are involved in the creation  of the Russian railway industry production. The biggest ones belong to the M&IG N.V. According to its Head Michael Bolotin, due to the effective state-to-business partnership and the participation of the Holding in the biggest international projects, in several years its enterprises will be able to supply the customers with more than 20 types of the cargo carriage and new platforms.
