OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2010. Ingosstrakh OJSIC Board of Directors notifies that the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for today at 11.00 was not held due to lack of quorum. The quorum for the meeting is five out of nine elected members of the Board of Directors. For valid objective reasons (illness, vacation and business trip), the majority of the members of the Board of Directors could not participate in the meeting. A new date of the meeting of the Board of Directors will be announced later.
