OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2010. Intourist, the largest vertically integrated tourist holding of Russia, has participated in the international tourist exchange ITB Berlin 2010, held for the 44th time in exhibition complex MESSE Berlin, on March 1-14, 2010.

Intourist participates in this biggest event of the world tourist industry annually. Intourist shared the 330 square meters united exhibition stand with the Moscow Tourist Committee and partners. The main feature of the united exhibition was the participation of three Russian capitals – Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Kazan.

Intourist presented the new client-oriented English version of the website www.intourist.com. New website features various online services and products for partners (B2B) and customers (B2C). Using the website, foreign tourists and Intourist partners can book the hotel, transfer, tour, excursion, avia and railway tickets. Site contains original encyclopedia of Russian life providing information about history, traditions, cuisine, climate, visas, interesting news from Russia, etc. Travel guide provide visitors with the information about Russian cities, places of interest and possible travel destination all over Russian.

Intourist has presented traditional tourist programs for tourists going to Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, towns of the Golden Ring, or taking Transsiberian train express. Among the new tourist routes is “Russia – country with the 3 capitals” (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Kazan) which has been introduced for the first time during the International tourist exhibition WTM in London on November 2009.
