Russian Government Changes Permissions for Ship Radio Stations
OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2010. According to the Federal law "About Modification of Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Concerning Issuance of Permissions for Ship Radio Station and Onboard Radio Station" by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from March, 17th, 2010 № 160 changes to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning issuance of permissions for ship radio stations used on sea, river and mixed type (river-sea) vessels were made as following:
• To item 5 of Rules of Radio-Electronic Equipment and High-Frequency Devices Registration approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from October, 12th, 2004 № 539, addition by which registration of ship radio stations used on sea, river and mixed type (river-sea) vessels was excluded from the purview of the above mentioned rules was made;
• To Statute for Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation changes extending the powers of Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on independent issuance of legislative acts defining procedure of issuance of permissions for ship radio stations used on sea, river and mixed type (river-sea) vessels, and also defining blank forms of the permissions were made;
• To Statute for Federal Supervision Service for Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Media changes extending its powers to issue permissions for ship radio stations used on sea, river and mixed type (river-sea) vessels were made.
