OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2010. ROSNO’s Ural directorate has paid a private client an insurance compensation under the property insurance contract in the amount of 450,413 roubles for the burnt-out cottage house.

The brick garden house was insured with ROSNO under the country house insurance program "Podvor’e" in 2009.The insurance contract had provided indemnification against the following risks: fire, explosion, burglary; unlawful third-party actions, natural disasters; broken glass, and rescue costs.

The fire started in the house in the night, when the homeowner was absent. The burnt-out house was discovered early in the morning by the garden plot watchman, who reported the accident to the homeowner.

The examination conducted by the State Fire Supervision Department brought forward the conclusion that the fire had started due to inflammation of burnable materials from an extraneous source of fire.Such conclusion was based on the fact of absence of any electrical elements in the seat of fire.The fire has completely destroyed the structural burnable elements of the house and the property kept therein, as well as the boarded terrace.The insurance compensation equaled 450,413 roubles.
