OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2010. On March 28 2010, JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines will introduce summer timetable effective through October 30, 2010.   

Aeroflot will perform flights to 46 countries across the globe, including five CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan). The carrier will operate its own flights to 94 destinations, 63 of them abroad, including 41 European, 4 American, 4 African, 5 Middle East, and 9 Asian destinations.

The domestic flights cover 25 most popular Russian destinations: Anapa, Astrakhan, Gelendzhik, Barnaul, Vladivostok, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Magadan, Nizhnevartovsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Samara, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Tyumen, Ufa, Khabarovsk, and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Flights to Mineralnye Vodi, Surgut and Chelyabinsk 100% operated by Aeroflot will be performed on Nordavia and Donavia’s airliners. The CIS route network will include six destinations: Baku, Bishkek, Yerevan, Kyiv, Simferopol, and Tashkent.

For the convenience of passengers, flight frequency on the following routes from Moscow has been increased (flights per week): Athens (from 7 to 11), Barcelona (from 10 to 14), Geneva (from 7 to 14), Madrid (from 8 to 11), Larnaka (from 7 to 14), Antalya (from 12 to 14), Heraklion (from 2 to 4), Split (from 2 to 4), Warsaw (from 10 to 11), Hurghada (5 flights a week), Sharm el-Sheikh(5 flights a week), New York (from 7 to 11), Hong Kong(from 4 to 5), Ulan Bator (from 5 to 7), Hanoi (from 2 to 3), Yerevan(from 14 to 18), Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (from 7 to 11), Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky(from 9 to 10), Vladivostok(from 11 to 13), Khabarovsk(from 7 to 10), Magadan(from 1 to 3), Mineralnye Vodi (from 14 to 21), St. Petersburg (from 8 to 15 flights a day), Gelendzhik (7 flights). The company will continue flights to the Far East destinations (Khabarovsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Yuzhno-Sakhlinsk).

During the summer season 2010, Aeroflot has scheduled regular cargo flights to 9 airports around the world: Haan, Helsinki, Narita, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul, Mumbai, Almaty.

Aeroflot will perform 52 code-shared flights with other carriers (36 destinations abroad and 16 within Russia).
